Manfrotto MT190XPro3 tripod10-2-24: I already have a couple of cheap tripods, one short aluminum, the other taller but shakey plastic. Almost every single camera in the collection has a tripod socket, so it's the most universal camera accessory possible. Using a tripod allows more precise focus and composition for much better images. I should have a good one, and use it more often. Said to be "the best tripod you'll ever use", this was made in Italy by Manfrotto, with a 10 year warranty. Not the top of the line, but currently on Amazon for $189. It came in it's original box with a Bogen price sticker. Here's a link to the Camera-wiki page on Bogen. This means it must have been sold before 2003, when they folded. Manfrotto is still in business, here's a link to their camera-wiki page. So it's at least 21 years old. I have no idea of this thing still works, will find out in a week or two, and let you know.Click any pic to enlarge to full screen in a new tab. Close tab to return.
